01 What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?
Please provide the seafood species, product form, size or count grade, estimated quantity, packaging format, destination country, preferred delivery schedule and any certification or labelling requirements. Clear specifications allow our team to prepare a more accurate quotation.
02 Do you supply seafood for wholesale and food-service customers?
Yes. We handle B2B enquiries from wholesalers, distributors, importers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, caterers and food manufacturers. Product availability and commercial terms are confirmed according to the required specifications and order volume.
03 What seafood products can I enquire about?
Enquiries may include barramundi, catfish, red and black tilapia, prawns or shrimp, mussels, squid and selected value-added seafood. Products may be offered whole, gutted, filleted, portioned, chilled, frozen or individually quick frozen, depending on availability and processing requirements.

Custom packaging and private-label arrangements may be available for suitable order volumes. Requirements can include pack weight, carton configuration, artwork, language, barcode, product claims and market-specific labelling. Final feasibility is subject to technical review and applicable regulatory requirements.
06 Do you provide chilled, frozen and IQF seafood options?
Product temperature format depends on the species, processing specification, shelf-life requirement, destination and logistics plan. Available options may include chilled seafood, block-frozen products and IQF products designed for portion control and easier handling.
07 What certifications and traceability documents are available?
Certification and documentation availability varies according to the product, source, processing facility and destination market. Relevant records may include product specifications, batch or lot information, processing records, health documentation and other buyer-requested documents. Current documents will be confirmed during the enquiry process.
08 Can you arrange product samples?
Samples may be considered for qualified business enquiries, subject to product availability, sample quantity, cold-chain requirements, courier capability and destination import rules. Sampling, freight and documentation charges may apply.
09 How long does production and delivery usually take?
Lead time depends on raw-material availability, product specification, processing capacity, packaging approval, documentation and the selected transport method. A confirmed production and delivery estimate will be provided after the order requirements are reviewed.
10 Can you assist with seafood export and cold-chain arrangements?
Export and logistics arrangements are assessed according to the product, destination, shipment volume, temperature requirement, documentation and agreed commercial terms. The final scope, responsibility and delivery basis will be stated clearly in the quotation or sales agreement.
