Meet our Founder
Mr. Saw Ooi Keong
When I stepped into this industry in 1994, it started with a simple idea. I never imagined that this path would lead to such an incredible journey, one that I’ve shared with committed partners who share the same passion. For the past three decades, we’ve raised every fish and shrimp fry as if it were our own child. From a small hatchery to an integrated aquaculture enterprise, our pride doesn’t come from the scale we’ve achieved, but from our unwavering dedication to our founding mission: to make Malaysian seafood a source of national pride. I remember the early days, when we stayed up through the night just to perfect a hatchery formula. Today, seeing farmers thrive using our fry is the greatest reward. We apply the strictest standards in feed supply because we understand the responsibility we bear which is to support the livelihoods of thousands of farmers.
Mr. Yu Woon Gin
My journey in aquaculture began in 1986 when I was just 17 years old, undergoing my first industry training. That humble beginning marked the start of a lifelong dedication to the seafood sector. After years of persistence and learning, I founded my first aquaculture company, Integrasi Juara Sdn. Bhd., which laid the foundation for what we’ve built today. Over the past 30 years, we have grown from a single farm to operation of ten full-scale aquaculture sites. This achievement is the result of countless challenges faced and overcome, made possible by a passionate team who treats every fry with care, raising them into strong, premium-quality fish and shrimp. I sincerely thank our team for their commitment and our customers for their continued trust and support.
